How to effectively solve the problem of deviation in the application of annealing furnace mesh belt:
Check the deviation values of the two planes of the bearing seats installed on the head and tail frames. If the deviation between the two planes is greater than 1mm, the 201 annealing furnace mesh belt manufacturer should adjust the two planes to be in the same plane. The adjustment method for the head drum is: if the annealing furnace mesh belt deviates to the right side of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side of the drum should move forward or the left bearing seat should move backward; If the conveyor belt deviates towards the left side of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum should move forward or the bearing seat on the right side should move backward. The adjustment method of the tail drum is exactly opposite to that of the head drum. The material used for the annealing furnace mesh belt is generally 1cr13 stainless steel, while 1CR17 1Cr18 stainless steel 321 also has stainless steel 304, 201 annealing furnace mesh belt, 316 and other materials.
