Advantages of inclined blanket glass feeder:
The machine has functions such as smooth feeding, uniform melting quality, energy saving, and no leakage of the silo. The biggest advantage is that the push rod is made of heat-resistant steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) casting, which releases the water cooling structure, extends the service life of the feeding nozzle, reduces maintenance, improves work efficiency, and enhances the economic benefits of the unit. Advantage 1. Long service life and easy maintenance. 2. Smooth cutting, uniform layer thickness. 3. Good dissolution quality. Due to the use of inclined feeding method and stricter sealing, it fundamentally eliminates the phenomenon of material leakage and scattering. The feeding nozzle is extendable, not fixed, detachable and interchangeable, and can be directly removed without feeding.

 
The inclined blanket feeder is powered by a motor reducer and transmitted to the two main shafts of the eccentric wheel through a V-belt. The feeding cycle is completed through a connecting rod mechanism. The feeding machine consists of a small hopper, a material layer adjustment mechanism, a scraping mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a material nozzle, a feeding box, a guide wheel group, a guide rail, a frame, a base adjustment mechanism, etc.

1. Small silo

The small silo is a hopper shaped container welded with steel plates, with the upper opening connected to the main silo and welded to the frame as a whole to maintain good stability

2. Material layer adjustment mechanism

The material layer adjustment mechanism consists of a blocking plate fixed on the gate device at the front end, and the gate is adjusted by a screw.

3. Scraper mechanism

The scraper mechanism is installed on the rear wall of the hopper, and the stopper plate is automatically lifted and lowered by the sliding plate. When the feeding platform moves forward, it is lifted, otherwise it is lowered, and the material is pushed forward through relative motion with the feeding platform. This mechanism not only reduces the wear of the stopper plate, but also avoids carrying the material back, improving the operating environment of the feeding machine.

4. Feeding nozzle and material box

The feeding nozzle and the material box are connected by a bracket, and the feeding nozzle is welded with heat-resistant stainless steel (304). The overall feeding box performs reciprocating motion under the drive of the transmission mechanism, and the mixture falls into the feeding box and is smoothly fed into the kiln through the feeding nozzle.

 
5. Guide wheel assembly

The guide wheel group is composed of multiple guide wheels and multiple guide rails, which enable the guide wheels to move smoothly forward and backward on the guide rails.

6. Thermal insulation device

The insulation device is made of steel plate and asbestos board above the feeding nozzle, which can effectively prevent long-term thermal radiation of the screw due to high temperature
7. Working principle

When the feeding box of the feeder tilts forward, the feeding nozzle pushes the material on the glass liquid surface forward, and at the same time, the material in the hopper falls into the feeding platform by its own weight. When the feeding box moves backwards, the back wall of the hopper and the blocking plate prevent the mixture from moving backwards with the feeding tray, causing the mixture to fall into the feeding pool. The continuous reciprocating motion of the feeding box. Continuously feed the mixture into the glass melting furnace.

The frequency converter controls the speed of the motor. Motor reducer. The reciprocating operation of the feeding box is achieved through the transmission of a V-belt. There are four levels of positioning holes on the crank wheel. According to the feeding needs, a certain positioning hole is selected to connect the feeding box connecting rod mechanism, thereby determining the travel of the feeding box movement.

8. Adjustment method of feeding amount

(1) Adjust the motor speed, change the feeding frequency, and adjust the feeding amount.

(2) Adjust the height of the valve plate of the material layer adjustment mechanism, control the thickness of the material layer, and change the feeding amount.

(3) Adjust the eccentricity on the crank wheel and change the feeding amount.

9. Usage effect

This inclined blanket feeder has stable performance, uniform feeding, reasonable distribution of material piles in the kiln, rapid melting, high quality, stable position of material piles, and small liquid level fluctuations.
10. No load test run

After the equipment is in place, a no-load operation test should be carried out, with a focus on observing the coordination between the feeding box and the scraper plate. 2. Whether the length of each connecting rod is consistent and whether it operates flexibly. 3. Check if there is any obstruction or jamming between the feeding box and the supporting wheel. 4. Check if the lubrication points of the reducer are running low on oil. The feeding machine is operating normally. Load operation can only be carried out after no less than 4 hours of no-load operation.

11. Lubrication and maintenance

The service life of each mechanism of the feeding machine largely depends on regular and correct lubrication. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the working condition of each lubrication.

(1) The lubrication method of the gearbox's oil tank should be checked regularly, and if it is insufficient, it should be added in a timely manner. If the quality of the lubricating oil is poor, it should be replaced.

(2) Other lubrication points should be added at least once per shift and checked regularly.
